*Will never forget this being pulled out of a lady friend’s record collection one day back in Pasadena & her putting it on, revealing that it was some sort of ‘whispered anthem’ among the ‘ladies’ in & around the hood.

Nice song. Still sounds good, even today.

*It earned respect, for what many ladies must go thru quite often on the low.
