By far this session was one of the best one’s in Soulection’s history. Dam Funk is not only a pioneer of the Modern Funk/boogie sound, but he is a well respected peer to many worldwide. The Modern Funk sound is 1 that we have really embraced for many years which makes this show very essential. There really aren’t enough words to describe how genuine and humble Dam Funk really is despite his worldwide success & connects. Of course the exclusive music that Dam shared with us on air was an undeniable highlight of this show, but his words of wisdom and perspective on life is what really hit all of us. I always pay close attention to what Dam has to say because he speaks from the heart. Enjoy this one & really listen.
